Delivery policy
Shipping will be £3.50 or free for orders of £35.00 or more. We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours however this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. Please allow 10 working days for delivery (per Royal Mail). This is an untracked service, no tracking numbers will be provided.
If an item is backordered, the entire order will be posted once the backordered item is received.
International orders will be advised of postage costs before completion of order.
After making payment you will receive an order confirmation email.
Returns policy
Returns are accepted within a period of 14 days from when you received the order. Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain proof of posting.
Refunds will be processed for the cost of returned merchandise once the products have been received. Refunds will be the cost of the returned merchandise, equal to the amount that the customer paid.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and arrangement will be made to have a replacement sent out.
